Volcke Aerosol Connection develops, produces, packs and services spray solutions that are exported to over 60 countries around the world and in all continents. The company has built a global network which offers an unprecedented and complete range of opportunities to its customers.

From the first moment we entered the reception hall of this family-driven company, we felt the warmth of a strong company culture (during the 10 minutes we were waiting, all people passing by asked if they could do anything to help us or whether someone was already taking care of us).  The Insights day turned out to be a very colourful journey during which the participants discovered new aspects from one another.  The initiative fits in long term investment in training and development of the Volcke team members.  


Aquafin builds, manages and operates the supra-municipal treatment infrastructure in Flanders.

Together with the HR and IT team, XperienZ is preparing the path for more digital integration:

from a diverse software landscape towards a well thought through architecture.



Melexis is a global supplier of micro-electronic semiconductor solutions.  Heidi Stieglitz, Global HR Director, asked XperienZ to improve its candidate experience within the Melexis Talent Center and to brand the international Referral program.  The assignment was done together with the Talent Acquisition team and the HRIS team.


 Step Up is an international expert in Revenue Management and Big Data for marketing – sales – trade marketing departments of multinational (FMCG) companies.  The partners of Step Up asked XperienZ to guide them in the next steps on their steep road of growth.  We facilitated a workshop on how to increase the company’s added value and align it with the company’s identity.  Action plans were defined while everyone’s talents and personal contributions were taken into account. Roles and responsibilities were made clear.  Based on the results of this workshop next steps and priorities were decided and ready to implement.  "Good luck!”
